Transforming digital sales (3) – First step toward dynamic pricing

Ant Logistics is BBB’s business partner. Their home delivery arm works hard to deliver BBB’s customers’ online orders. As a good will gesture (well, it’s part of the contract negotiation) Shane decided to offer AL’ employee 25% discount of all BBB’s products through the partner sales portal. Although it’s not as generous as BBB’s own staff sales it is still a generous offer considering you can rarely get over 10% discounts on a good LEGO set in any high street shops.

Ken found they were already in a excellent position to offer the discount to AL’s employees digitally. He created a new ProductViews object and assign it to it to AL’s account in SuiteCRM.

A quick test in Postman pretending to be an AL employee confirm once again the product view works just as it should. Ken could almost see see the happy faces of the AL employees and their children in his screen. He couldn’t hold back a big smile – it’s the first test of his design. Looks like he passed it with a good score!
